
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Batter
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk and vanilla (if using).
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry while whisking to prevent lumps.
- Stir in the melted butter and let the batter rest for 15-20 minutes.
2️⃣ Cook the Palacsinta
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
- Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the pan, swirling to spread thinly.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
3️⃣ Fill & Roll
- Spread your favorite filling, then roll or fold the pancake.
- Dust with powdered sugar if serving sweet.

✔ Serve warm with a drizzle of honey or chocolate sauce 🍯🍫
✔ Store in the fridge for up to 2 days, reheating in a dry pan
✔ Freeze for longer storage, separating each pancake with parchment paper
