Crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful inside — these easy stuffed pastry pockets are perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a light dinner.


📝 Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (store-bought or homemade)
  • 150–200 g cheese (feta, mozzarella, or mixed)
  • 1 egg (for filling or brushing)
  • 1–2 tablespoons sour cream or yogurt (optional, for creamier filling)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for brushing on top)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, mix cheese, 1 egg, sour cream (if using), salt, and pepper until combined.

2️⃣ Cut the Pastry

Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.

3️⃣ Fill & Fold

Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square.
