📝 Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry (store-bought or homemade)
- 150–200 g cheese (feta, mozzarella, or mixed)
- 1 egg (for filling or brushing)
- 1–2 tablespoons sour cream or yogurt (optional, for creamier filling)
- Pinch of salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 egg (for brushing on top)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix cheese, 1 egg, sour cream (if using), salt, and pepper until combined.
2️⃣ Cut the Pastry
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
3️⃣ Fill & Fold
Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square.
Fold into triangles or rectangles and press edges firmly with a fork to seal.
4️⃣ Brush & Bake
Brush tops with beaten egg.
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 18–22 minutes, until golden and puffed.
