Milk Cupcakes

Ingredients (12 cupcakes)

  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup oil (or melted butter)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F
    Line a cupcake tray.
  2. Mix wet ingredients
    Whisk eggs, sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add dry ingredients
    Sift flour, baking powder, and salt.
    Fold gently into the batter.
  4. Fill & Bake
    Fill cups ¾ full.
    Bake 18–20 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
