Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 500 g chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika

For the Alfredo Sauce

  • 250 ml heavy cream
  • 50 g butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 80 g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Pinch of nutmeg (optional)

Pasta

  • 250 g linguine
  • Water & salt for boiling

Instructions

1️⃣ Cook Pasta
Boil linguine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Cook Chicken
Heat butter and oil in a pan.
Add chicken, season, and cook until golden.
Remove and set aside.

3️⃣ Make Garlic Butter Base
In same pan, melt butter, add garlic, sauté briefly.

4️⃣ Make Alfredo Sauce
Add cream, simmer gently.
Stir in Parmesan, season, nutmeg.

5️⃣ Combine
Return chicken, add pasta, toss well until coated.
