
Ingredients
- 1 can (400 g) crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
- 200 g (7 oz) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed biscuits or graham crackers
- 3 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a dish to form the base.
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in the drained crushed pineapple evenly.
- Spread the cream mixture over the biscuit base.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.

- Garnish with pineapple pieces or toasted coconut for extra flavor. 🍍
