🍍 No-Bake Pineapple Cream Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 can (400 g) crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 200 g (7 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed biscuits or graham crackers
  • 3 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a dish to form the base.
  2. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  3. Whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Fold in the drained crushed pineapple evenly.
  6. Spread the cream mixture over the biscuit base.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  8. Slice and serve chilled.

  • Garnish with pineapple pieces or toasted coconut for extra flavor. 🍍
