
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) tomato sauce or salsa
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Optional: lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream
Instructions:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic; cook 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them flexible.
- Spoon beef mixture onto each tortilla. Top with cheese and optional toppings.
- Roll tightly into wraps.
Optional: Toast wraps in a dry pan 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Serve warm.
