🧾 Ingredients
For the dough:
- 500g all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp instant yeast
- 250ml warm milk
- 60ml vegetable oil
- 1 egg
For filling:
- 200g cheese (mozzarella or any melting cheese) 🧀
For topping:
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp milk
👩🍳 Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5 minutes.
- Add egg, oil, flour, and salt. Mix until dough forms.
- Knead for 8–10 minutes until soft and smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
- Divide dough into small balls.
- Flatten each ball and add cheese inside.
- Close and shape into small buns.
- Place on baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Brush with egg yolk + milk mixture.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes until golden.
