🧾 Ingredients

  • 8–10 small potatoes (washed, skin-on) 🥔
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced) 🧄
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar 🧀
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare the potatoes

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
  • Wash potatoes and slightly score or cut the tops
  • Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper

2. Roast

  • Place potatoes in a baking dish
  • Roast for 25–30 minutes until slightly crispy

3. Make the creamy sauce

  • In a bowl, mix cream, milk, garlic, paprika, and half the cheese
