🧾 Ingredients
- 1 lb (500g) ground beef
- 2 green bell peppers, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the beef
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
2. Add vegetables
Add chopped onion, garlic, and green peppers.
Cook for 5–7 minutes until softened.
3. Season
Stir in paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
4. Add cream
Pour in the cream and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes for a richer flavor.
5. Assemble
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
6. Bake
Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
7. Serve
Serve hot with bread, rice, or salad.
