These crispy pork belly bites are perfectly crunchy on the outside and tender, juicy on the inside. Coated in a rich, flavorful glaze—this is pure comfort food!

🧾 Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb (700g) pork belly, cut into bite-size cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

🍯 Glaze (optional but recommended)

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vinegar (or lemon juice)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the pork

Pat pork belly dry with paper towels (important for crispiness).
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.


2. First bake

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
  • Arrange pork pieces in a single layer
  • Bake for 30 minutes

3. Crisp it up

Flip pieces and bake another 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.


4. Make the glaze

In a pan, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, and vinegar.
Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.


5. Coat

Toss hot pork bites in the glaze until well coated.


6. Serve

Serve hot as an appetizer or main dish with rice or salad 😍
