🧾 Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh garlic cloves (peeled)
- 2 cups olive oil (or any neutral oil)
- 1 tsp salt (optional)

- Prepare garlic
- Peel all garlic cloves.
- Lightly crush them (optional for stronger flavor).
- Sterilize jars
- Wash jars with hot water and dry completely.
- Fill jars
