- 500ml milk (cold)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (395g)
- 1 cup heavy cream or table cream (optional for extra creaminess)

Step 1: Blend the Mixture
In a blender, combine:
- Cold milk
- Tang powder
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Cream (if using)
Blend for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Fill the Bags or Molds
Pour the mixture into ice pop bags or popsicle molds.
Tie or seal tightly.
