- 2 cups peeled garlic cloves
- 1ยฝ cups raw honey (enough to completely cover the garlic)

- Sterilize a clean glass jar and lid.
- Add the peeled garlic cloves to the jar.
- Pour the raw honey over the garlic until all cloves are fully submerged.
- Leave about 1 inch (2.5 cm) of space at the top of the jar.
- Close the lid loosely.
- Store the jar at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
- During the first week, open the lid briefly once a day to release any gas buildup and gently turn the jar to coat the garlic.
- After 2โ4 weeks, the garlic honey is ready to use.

- Take 1 teaspoon of the honey.
- Eat 1โ2 garlic cloves if desired.
- Use as a glaze for roasted vegetables or meats.
- Stir a spoonful into warm (not boiling) tea.

- Always keep the garlic covered with honey.
- If you notice mold, an unpleasant smell, or unusual colors, discard the batch.
- Do not give honey to children under 1 year old.
