
Instructions
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to the beef and cook for another minute.
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, egg, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Stir the cooked beef into the ricotta mixture until well combined.
- Spread ½ cup marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each pasta shell with the beef and ricotta mixture and place them in the dish.
- Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the stuffed shells.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and the remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
