1. Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
Add warm milk, egg, and butter. Mix until a soft dough forms.

2. Shape the Bread
Punch down the dough and divide into equal small balls.
Flatten each ball and fill with cheese and diced meat.
Close tightly and shape into balls.
