🧀 Crispy Stuffed Meat & Cheese Rolls

Delicious golden, crispy rolls stuffed with seasoned minced meat, herbs, and melted cheese. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or main dish!

🛒 Ingredients
For the dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ~¾ cup warm water (as needed)
For the filling:
- 250 g minced meat
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cumin (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For assembly:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg (for brushing)
- Extra parsley for garnish

👨🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare the dough
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and sugar.
- Add olive oil and gradually add warm water.
- Knead until smooth and soft.
- Cover and let rest for 20–30 minutes.
2. Cook the filling
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add minced meat and cook until browned.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin.
- Stir in parsley, then let cool.
3. Roll and fill
- Roll dough into a thin large circle.
- Spread the meat mixture evenly.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
4. Shape the rolls
- Roll the dough tightly like a log.
- Cut into equal pieces or keep as long rolls.
5. Bake
- Place rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes until golden.
