Homemade Nutella Doughnuts

Ingredients

Dough

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2¼ tsp instant yeast
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup warm milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted

Filling & Frying

  • Nutella (as needed)
  • Oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add warm milk, egg, and butter. Knead until soft dough forms.
  3. Cover and let rise 1 hour or until doubled.
  4. Roll dough, cut circles, place a spoon of Nutella in center, seal well.
  5. Let rest 15 minutes.
  6. Fry in hot oil until golden on both sides.
  7. Drain and dust with powdered sugar (optional).
