
Ingredients
Dough
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2¼ tsp instant yeast
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup warm milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
Filling & Frying
- Nutella (as needed)
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add warm milk, egg, and butter. Knead until soft dough forms.
- Cover and let rise 1 hour or until doubled.
- Roll dough, cut circles, place a spoon of Nutella in center, seal well.
- Let rest 15 minutes.
- Fry in hot oil until golden on both sides.
- Drain and dust with powdered sugar (optional).
