- Gradually add the milk, whisking until the batter becomes smooth.
- Add the melted butter, sugar (optional), and salt, then mix well.
- Heat a lightly buttered non‑stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the pan and tilt the pan to spread it thinly.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes until the edges start to lift.
- Flip the crepe and cook for another 30–60 seconds.
- Remove from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter.
