Milk Cupcakes
Ingredients (12 cupcakes)
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup oil (or melted butter)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F
Line a cupcake tray. - Mix wet ingredients
Whisk eggs, sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla until smooth. - Add dry ingredients
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt.
Fold gently into the batter. - Fill & Bake
Fill cups ¾ full.
Bake 18–20 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
