
Ingredients:
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 6–8 mozzarella cheese slices, cut into small squares
- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion or parsley
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Mix mashed potatoes, egg, green onion, salt, and pepper.
- Take a small portion, place mozzarella in the center, and form into a ball.
- Roll balls in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy on all sides.
- Serve hot (optional: drizzle with gravy or cheese sauce).
