Mozzarella Cheese Stuffed Balls

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 6–8 mozzarella cheese slices, cut into small squares
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onion or parsley
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Mix mashed potatoes, egg, green onion, salt, and pepper.
  2. Take a small portion, place mozzarella in the center, and form into a ball.
  3. Roll balls in breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy on all sides.
  5. Serve hot (optional: drizzle with gravy or cheese sauce).
