
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions – Air Fryer:
- Cut potatoes into fries; soak in cold water 20 minutes, drain and dry well.
- Toss with oil and seasonings.
- Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 18–22 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
Instructions – Oven:
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Toss dried fries with oil and seasonings.
- Spread on a lined tray in a single layer.
- Bake 30–35 minutes, flipping once, until golden and crisp.
