No-Fry Crispy Fries (Air Fryer or Oven) – Recipe Only

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Instructions – Air Fryer:

  1. Cut potatoes into fries; soak in cold water 20 minutes, drain and dry well.
  2. Toss with oil and seasonings.
  3. Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 18–22 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.

Instructions – Oven:

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Toss dried fries with oil and seasonings.
  3. Spread on a lined tray in a single layer.
  4. Bake 30–35 minutes, flipping once, until golden and crisp.
