Tortilla Wraps with Ground Beef

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) tomato sauce or salsa
  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional: lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onion and garlic; cook 2–3 minutes.
  3. Stir in paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Warm tortillas slightly to make them flexible.
  5. Spoon beef mixture onto each tortilla. Top with cheese and optional toppings.
  6. Roll tightly into wraps.

Optional: Toast wraps in a dry pan 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Serve warm.
