🍤🥩 Creamy Steak & Shrimp Pasta

A luxurious and creamy pasta dish combining juicy, perfectly seared steak with tender garlic shrimp, all tossed in a rich parmesan cream sauce. Restaurant-quality and perfect for a special meal at home!

🧾 Ingredients
For the Steak:
- 2 steak cuts (ribeye or sirloin)
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
For the Shrimp:
- 250g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper
For the Pasta:
- 250g penne pasta
- Salt (for boiling water)
For the Cream Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley (chopped)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Cook the pasta
Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside. - Cook the steak
Season steak with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil + butter in a pan, then sear steak 3–4 minutes per side (depending on thickness).
Remove, rest for 5 minutes, then slice. - Cook the shrimp
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
Add shrimp, season, and cook 2–3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside. - Make the sauce
In the same pan, add butter and garlic.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add parmesan, spices, and stir until smooth. - Combine everything
Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.
Plate the pasta, top with sliced steak and shrimp. - Finish
Sprinkle parsley and extra parmesan. Serve warm.
