🧾 Ingredients

For the Steak:

  • 2 steak cuts (ribeye or sirloin)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter

For the Shrimp:

  • 250g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt & pepper

For the Pasta:

  • 250g penne pasta
  • Salt (for boiling water)

For the Cream Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta
    Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the steak
    Season steak with salt and pepper.
    Heat olive oil + butter in a pan, then sear steak 3–4 minutes per side (depending on thickness).
    Remove, rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
  3. Cook the shrimp
    In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
    Add shrimp, season, and cook 2–3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
  4. Make the sauce
    In the same pan, add butter and garlic.
    Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
    Add parmesan, spices, and stir until smooth.
  5. Combine everything
    Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.
    Plate the pasta, top with sliced steak and shrimp.
  6. Finish
    Sprinkle parsley and extra parmesan. Serve warm.
