🧾 Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 2 chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter

For the Pasta:

  • 250g pasta (penne or elbow)
  • Salt (for boiling water)

For the Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta
    Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the chicken
    Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
    Heat olive oil and butter in a pan, cook chicken until golden and fully cooked (about 6–8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  3. Prepare the sauce
    In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
    Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
    Stir in parmesan cheese, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Combine
    Add cooked pasta and chicken back into the sauce.
    Mix until everything is well coated and creamy.
  5. Finish
    Sprinkle parsley and extra parmesan on top. Serve hot.
