🍗🧀 Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

🧾 Ingredients
For the Chicken:
- 2 chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
For the Pasta:
- 250g pasta (penne or elbow)
- Salt (for boiling water)
For the Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley (chopped)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Cook the pasta
Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside. - Cook the chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil and butter in a pan, cook chicken until golden and fully cooked (about 6–8 minutes). Remove and set aside. - Prepare the sauce
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in parmesan cheese, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. - Combine
Add cooked pasta and chicken back into the sauce.
Mix until everything is well coated and creamy. - Finish
Sprinkle parsley and extra parmesan on top. Serve hot.
