🍞 Cinnamon Sugar Pull-Apart Bread with Vanilla Glaze 🤤
📝 Ingredients:
For the dough:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup warm milk
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 egg
For the filling:
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup melted butter
For the glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Prepare the Dough
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt
- Add warm milk, butter, and egg
- Knead for 8–10 minutes until soft
- Cover and let rise 1 hour
2. Shape the Bread
- Roll dough into a rectangle
- Brush with melted butter
- Sprinkle cinnamon + brown sugar
- Cut into small squares or chunks
- Stack/arrange in a greased baking dish
3. Second Rise
- Let it rest for 20–30 minutes
4. Bake
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes
- Until golden and fluffy
5. Add Glaze
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, vanilla
- Pour over warm bread so it melts inside 😍
