🍞 Cinnamon Sugar Pull-Apart Bread with Vanilla Glaze 🤤

📝 Ingredients:

For the dough:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 ¼ tsp instant yeast
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup warm milk
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 egg

For the filling:

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup melted butter

For the glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Prepare the Dough

  • Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt
  • Add warm milk, butter, and egg
  • Knead for 8–10 minutes until soft
  • Cover and let rise 1 hour

2. Shape the Bread

  • Roll dough into a rectangle
  • Brush with melted butter
  • Sprinkle cinnamon + brown sugar
  • Cut into small squares or chunks
  • Stack/arrange in a greased baking dish

3. Second Rise

  • Let it rest for 20–30 minutes

4. Bake

  • Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes
  • Until golden and fluffy

5. Add Glaze

  • Mix powdered sugar, milk, vanilla
  • Pour over warm bread so it melts inside 😍
