🥔🧈 Loaded Baked Potatoes with Butter & Herbs

🛒 Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes (Russet preferred)
- 4 tablespoons butter (plus extra for topping)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- Fresh chives or parsley, chopped
👨🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat oven:
Set to 200°C (400°F). - Prepare potatoes:
Wash and dry potatoes. Pierce each with a fork. - Season:
Rub potatoes with butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. - Bake:
Place on baking tray (or foil) and bake for 50–60 minutes until soft inside. - Open & fill:
Slice each potato, fluff the inside with a fork, add butter and cheese. - Final touch:
Return to oven for 5–10 minutes until cheese melts. - Serve:
Top with fresh chives and a little extra butter 😍
