🥔🧈 Loaded Baked Potatoes with Butter & Herbs

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes (Russet preferred)
  • 4 tablespoons butter (plus extra for topping)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • Fresh chives or parsley, chopped

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven:
    Set to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Prepare potatoes:
    Wash and dry potatoes. Pierce each with a fork.
  3. Season:
    Rub potatoes with butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Bake:
    Place on baking tray (or foil) and bake for 50–60 minutes until soft inside.
  5. Open & fill:
    Slice each potato, fluff the inside with a fork, add butter and cheese.
  6. Final touch:
    Return to oven for 5–10 minutes until cheese melts.
  7. Serve:
    Top with fresh chives and a little extra butter 😍
