📝 Ingredients:
- 800 g chicken thighs (boneless or bone-in)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (apple cider or white)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (grated or powder)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- 2 tablespoons water (if using cornstarch)
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
2. Sear
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown.
3. Make the Sauce
