For the meatballs:

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

For the sauce:

  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Topping:

  • 1 to 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

  1. Prepare the meatballs
    In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, milk, and spices.
    Shape into medium-sized balls.
  2. Cook the meatballs
    Heat olive oil in a pan and lightly brown the meatballs on all sides (they don’t need to be fully cooked).
  3. Make the sauce
