Golden, crispy, and full of flavor — this roasted cauliflower recipe is simple, healthy, and absolutely delicious!

📝 Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower head
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- ½ tsp dried herbs or parsley
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F.
- Wash the cauliflower and cut it into thick slices or “steaks.”
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place cauliflower slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Brush both sides generously with the seasoning mixture.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top if using.
- Roast for 25–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
