Castor Oil Remedy for Joint & Muscle Massage
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons castor oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil (optional)
- 3–5 drops peppermint or lavender essential oil (optional)
Instructions
- Pour the castor oil into a small bowl.
- Add the olive or coconut oil and mix well.
- Add essential oil if desired.
- Warm the mixture slightly by placing the bowl in warm water for a few minutes.
- Massage gently onto the affected area for 5–10 minutes.
- Cover with a warm towel for 15–20 minutes.
How to Use
- Apply once daily, preferably in the evening.
- Wash hands thoroughly after use.
- Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs.
