These chopped cheeseburger biscuits are the ultimate comfort food—flaky, buttery biscuits stuffed with juicy seasoned beef and melted cheese. Perfect for dinner, snacks, or parties!


📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/2 medium onion, finely diced
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese slices)
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade biscuits)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional, for brushing)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Cook the Beef

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with diced onion until browned.
Add garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for another 1–2 minutes. Drain excess fat.

2. Add Cheese

Turn off heat and mix in half of the cheese until slightly melted.

3. Prepare Biscuits

Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly.

4. Assemble

Add a spoonful of beef mixture to each biscuit, top with more cheese, then cover with another biscuit or fold and seal edges.

5. Bake
