🍌🥜 Classic Banana Nut Bread

Moist, soft, and packed with ripe banana flavor, this banana nut bread is loaded with crunchy walnuts and a hint of sweetness. Perfect for breakfast, snack time, or dessert!

🧾 Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (plus extra for topping)

👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix wet ingredients
In a bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well. - Combine dry ingredients
In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. - Make the batter
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir until just combined.
Fold in chopped walnuts. - Bake
Pour batter into the loaf pan and sprinkle extra walnuts on top.
Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. - Cool & serve
