Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen peas, thawed
- 8 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine peas, bacon, cheddar cheese, red onion, and chopped eggs.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
