🍗 Chicken Mushroom Stroganoff (Creamy & Easy) 😋

📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Cooked egg noodles or pasta (for serving)
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Cook the Chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a pan
  • Add chicken, season with salt & pepper
  • Cook until golden, then remove and set aside

2. Sauté Veggies

  • In the same pan, melt butter
  • Add onion and cook until soft
  • Add garlic and mushrooms, cook until tender

3. Make the Sauce

  • Pour in chicken broth
  • Add paprika and stir well
  • Let it simmer for 5 minutes

4. Finish

  • Return chicken to the pan
  • Lower heat and add sour cream
  • Mix until creamy (don’t boil)

5. Serve

  • Serve over pasta or noodles
  • Garnish with parsley 🌿

  • Add a splash of cream for extra richness
  • Use fresh mushrooms for best flavor
  • Keep heat low after adding sour cream
