Creamy Garlic Butter Steak & Shell Pasta

🛒 Ingredients
For the pasta & steak:
- 300g shell pasta (or any pasta you like)
- 300g beef steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
For the creamy garlic butter sauce:
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup beef broth (or chicken broth)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
👨🍳 Instructions
- Cook the pasta
- Boil salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain and set aside.
- Cook the steak
- Season steak pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Sear steak until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Remove from pan and set aside.
- Prepare the sauce
- In the same pan, melt butter.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Add heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes.
- Stir well and let it thicken slightly.
- Add cheese
- Mix in mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Stir until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
- Combine everything
- Add cooked pasta and steak back into the pan.
- Toss everything together until well coated.
- Garnish & serve
- Sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
