🛒 Ingredients

For the pasta & steak:

  • 300g shell pasta (or any pasta you like)
  • 300g beef steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

For the creamy garlic butter sauce:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup beef broth (or chicken broth)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta
    • Boil salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
    • Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the steak
    • Season steak pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
    • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
    • Sear steak until browned and cooked to your liking.
    • Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. Prepare the sauce
    • In the same pan, melt butter.
    • Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
    • Pour in beef broth and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
    • Add heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes.
    • Stir well and let it thicken slightly.
  4. Add cheese
    • Mix in mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
    • Stir until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
  5. Combine everything
    • Add cooked pasta and steak back into the pan.
    • Toss everything together until well coated.
  6. Garnish & serve
    • Sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
    • Serve hot and enjoy!
