🧾 Ingredients
- 1 cup raw honey
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (with “mother”)
- 8–10 garlic cloves (peeled and lightly crushed)

- Prepare garlic
- Peel and slightly crush the garlic cloves to release active compounds.
- Mix ingredients
- In a clean jar, add garlic, honey, and apple cider vinegar.
- Stir well until combined.
- Infuse
- Close the jar and let it sit at room temperature for 3–5 days.
- Shake gently once a day.
- Store
- After infusion, store in the refrigerator for longer shelf life.
