🍽️ Garlic Marinated Cucumber Salad (Easy & Refreshing)
🥒 Ingredients:
- 4–5 fresh cucumbers (sliced into rounds)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar (apple cider or white vinegar)
- 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp dried herbs (dill or oregano)
- 1 tsp sugar (optional, for balance)
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Wash the cucumbers well and slice them into thin rounds.
- In a large bowl, add the cucumbers and minced garlic.
- Pour in olive oil and vinegar.
- Add salt, black pepper, chili flakes, herbs, and sugar.
- Mix everything well until the cucumbers are fully coated.
- Cover and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (the longer, the better!).
- Serve chilled and enjoy this refreshing, flavorful salad.

- For extra crunch, use firm cucumbers.
