📝 Ingredients
- 1 large piece fresh ginger (about 80–100g), sliced
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 liter water
- 2–3 tbsp honey (optional, adjust to taste)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Step 1: Prepare the Ginger
Wash and peel the ginger, then slice it into thin pieces.
Step 2: Boil
Add water and ginger to a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10–15 minutes to release the flavor.
Step 3: Strain
Remove from heat and strain the liquid into a bowl or pitcher.
Step 4: Add Lemon & Honey
Allow the drink to cool slightly, then stir in fresh lemon juice and honey until dissolved.
Step 5: Chill or Serve Warm
