📝 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (or thyme)
  • Extra herbs & cheese for topping

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix:
    • Flour
    • Baking powder
    • Salt
    • Garlic powder
  3. Add:
    • Mozzarella
    • Parmesan
      Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk:
    • Eggs
    • Milk
    • Olive oil (or butter)
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
  6. Transfer the dough onto the baking tray and shape it into a rustic loaf.
  7. Sprinkle extra cheese and herbs on top. Add a rosemary sprig for that beautiful finish 🌿
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and crispy on top.
  9. Let it cool slightly, then slice and enjoy!
