🧀 Golden Crispy Cheese Bread with Herbs

📝 Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil or melted butter
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (or thyme)
- Extra herbs & cheese for topping
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix:
- Flour
- Baking powder
- Salt
- Garlic powder
- Add:
- Mozzarella
- Parmesan
Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk:
- Eggs
- Milk
- Olive oil (or butter)
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Transfer the dough onto the baking tray and shape it into a rustic loaf.
- Sprinkle extra cheese and herbs on top. Add a rosemary sprig for that beautiful finish 🌿
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and crispy on top.
- Let it cool slightly, then slice and enjoy!
