🍓 Homemade Strawberry Juice / Syrup

Refreshing, fruity, and naturally delicious — this homemade strawberry drink is perfect served chilled on warm days!

📝 Ingredients

  • 500g fresh strawberries
  • 1 liter water
  • ½–1 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Ice cubes (optional for serving)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Strawberries

Wash and hull the strawberries, then cut them into pieces.

Step 2: Blend

Add strawberries and a little water to a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 3: Strain

Pour the mixture through a fine strainer to remove seeds and pulp if you prefer a smoother drink.

Step 4: Cook the Syrup

Pour the strawberry juice into a saucepan. Add water, sugar, and lemon juice. Simmer over medium heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves completely.

Step 5: Cool & Bottle

Remove from heat and let cool completely. Pour into sterilized bottles and refrigerate.

Step 6: Serve

Serve chilled over ice or dilute with cold water if making a concentrated syrup.
