🍌 Moist Banana Walnut Bread (Soft & Easy)
This homemade banana bread is incredibly soft, moist, and packed with sweet banana flavor and crunchy walnuts. Perfect for breakfast, snack, or dessert!

🧾 Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (120ml) vegetable oil or melted butter
- 3/4 cup (150g) brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (60g) plain yogurt (or milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (plus extra for topping)
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare batter
In a bowl, mash bananas well.
Add eggs, sugar, oil, yogurt, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
2. Mix dry ingredients
In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Combine
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
Fold in chopped walnuts.
4. Bake
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan
- Sprinkle extra walnuts on top
- Bake 50–60 minutes until golden and cooked through
5. Cool & serve
