🧾 Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Oil for frying
- Sugar (for coating)

- Prepare dough
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Add egg, warm milk, and melted butter.
- Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Knead
- Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Let it rise
- Cover and let rest for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Shape donuts
- Divide dough into small balls and shape into rounds.
- Second rise
- Let rest for 20–30 minutes.
- Fry
- Heat oil on medium.
- Fry donuts until golden brown on both sides.
- Finish
- Drain on paper towel and coat with sugar.
