🧀 Soft Stuffed Flatbread (Cheesy Garlic Pan Bread)

🛒 Ingredients:
For the Dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 cup warm milk (or water)
For the Filling:
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (or any melting cheese)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter (softened)
👩🍳 Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
- Add olive oil and warm milk, then knead into a soft dough.
- Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix cheese, garlic, parsley, and butter.
- Divide dough into small balls.
- Flatten each ball, add filling, and seal well.
- Gently flatten again into small discs.
- Cook in a hot pan (no oil needed) for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Brush with butter and sprinkle parsley before serving.
