🛒 Ingredients:

For the Dough:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 cup warm milk (or water)

For the Filling:

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (or any melting cheese)
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp butter (softened)

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Add olive oil and warm milk, then knead into a soft dough.
  3. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, mix cheese, garlic, parsley, and butter.
  5. Divide dough into small balls.
  6. Flatten each ball, add filling, and seal well.
  7. Gently flatten again into small discs.
  8. Cook in a hot pan (no oil needed) for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  9. Brush with butter and sprinkle parsley before serving.
