  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1–2 fresh red chilies (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or coriander)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Prepare the Fish

  • Score the fish (cut lines on both sides).
  • Rub with salt, pepper, and paprika.

2. Make the Sauce

3. Marinate
