🐟 Spicy Garlic Grilled Fish with Rice 🍚🔥
📝 Ingredients:
- 3 whole fish (tilapia or sea bream), cleaned
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1–2 fresh red chilies (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- Fresh herbs (parsley or coriander)
👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Prepare the Fish
- Score the fish (cut lines on both sides).
- Rub with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Make the Sauce
- Mix garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, lemon juice, and chili.
- Add sesame seeds for extra flavor.
3. Marinate
- Coat the fish well with the sauce.
- Let it sit for 20–30 minutes.
4. Grill or Bake
- Grill for 6–8 minutes per side until golden and slightly crispy
(or bake at 200°C for 25 minutes)
5. Serve
- Place on banana leaves (optional for presentation).
- Serve with hot white rice.
- Drizzle extra sauce on top 🤤
