Ingredients

  • 2 heads garlic, cloves peeled

  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
  • 2 star anise pods (optional)
  • 2 cups apple cider vinegar or raw honey

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry a large glass jar thoroughly.
  2. Add the garlic cloves, oregano, cinnamon sticks, bay leaves, peppercorns, and star anise.
  3. Pour in the apple cider vinegar (or honey) until all ingredients are completely covered.
  4. Seal the jar tightly.
  5. Store in a cool, dark place for 7–14 days.
  6. Shake gently once daily.
  7. Strain if desired before using.
