Ginger Turmeric Fat-Burning Wellness Shot
A refreshing homemade wellness drink made with ginger, turmeric, lemon, and honey.

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh ginger, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh turmeric (or 1 teaspoon turmeric powder)
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- A pinch of black pepper (helps turmeric absorption)
Instructions
- Wash and chop the ginger and turmeric.
- Add ginger, turmeric, and water to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.
- Stir in the lemon juice, honey, and black pepper.
- Pour into a glass bottle and refrigerate.
How to Enjoy
- Shake well before use.
- Drink 1 tablespoon to 30 ml daily, preferably in the evening.
- Store refrigerated and consume within 3–4 days.
