Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh ginger, chopped

  • A pinch of black pepper (helps turmeric absorption)

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the ginger and turmeric.
  2. Add ginger, turmeric, and water to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.
  5. Stir in the lemon juice, honey, and black pepper.
  6. Pour into a glass bottle and refrigerate.

How to Enjoy

  • Shake well before use.
  • Drink 1 tablespoon to 30 ml daily, preferably in the evening.
